- General Cleaning: Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly.
- Linen & Bed Management: Change bedding, make beds, and wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish consumable items such as toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, and minibar/coffee supplies.
- Trash & Waste: Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated collection areas.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any damages, broken equipment, or safety hazards to management.
- Guest Assistance: Respond promptly to guest or client requests for extra towels, supplies, or assistance.
- Lost and Found: Collect and securely turn in any items left behind by guests according to standard operating procedures.
