Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the plant and office premises.
Key Responsibilities
 Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
 Ensure cleanliness across office, washrooms, Meeting rooms and common areas.
 Monitor housekeeping material usage and stock availability.
 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for housekeeping activities.
 Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
 Maintain attendance and shift records of housekeeping staff.
Qualification
 Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
 Housekeeping or Facility Management certification preferred.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or facility management.
Skills Required
 Team handling
 Housekeeping knowledge
 Communication skills
 Basic reporting and record management
