- Recruitment (Vacancy announcement, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding )
- Prepare Job duties and responsibilities in coordination with department heads .
- Handling employee grievances .
- Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain and update Employee database in HRIS .
- Support payroll preparation and ensure timely processing.
- Identify training needs through job analysis and performance reviews .
- Assist in developing , reviewing and enforcing the HR Policies .
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met.
Since the role of HRD may not required full day ,dedicated focus at this stage, we would like this person to take on responsibilities of operations as well .
- Enter sales contracts into the system accurately .
- Send test requirements via email to the inspection agencies and following up for the test results
- prepare report and share it with the traders
- Any other job assigned by the management as per required .
