• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (social media, job portals, networking, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
• Employer Branding: Promote

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
• Education: Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
