- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal TA team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through job portals, online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate database and update status regularly.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback sharing with candidates.
- Support documentation and onboarding coordination as required.
- Track daily/weekly hiring metrics and share reports with stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications
- 2-4 of experience in recruitment (preferably Sales & Manufacturing Hirings)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Proficiency in MS excel and making dashboards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Post-Graduate in HR or similar field
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
