    • Analyze exit interview trends, employee survey results and provide insights to improve retention and employee experience.
    • Coach managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and HR systems.
    • Assess effectiveness of people practices and recommend improvements.

    • Build strong, professional relationships between managers and employees.
    • Lead and manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
    • Conduct workplace investigations in line with global and India labor laws and company policies.
