Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales: Actively approach walk-in customers, pitch the unique selling points (USPs) of Client products, and convert interest into sales to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Product Demonstrations: Confidently demonstrate how to use Client product safely and effectively (e.g., explaining the precision of Client razors, nail clippers, or the sharpness and ergonomics of kitchen knives).
Merchandising & Stock Management: Ensure the Clientdisplay counter/shelf is clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Brand Awareness: Educate customers on Client's legacy (its Japanese heritage and high-quality materials) to build brand loyalty.
Reporting: Maintain a daily log of sales, customer feedback, and stock movement, and share reports with the Area Sales Manager or Coordinator.
Key Requirements & Skills
Education: Minimum 10+2 (High School) passed; a graduate degree is a plus.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience as a promoter, sales associate, or beauty advisor in retail or modern trade formats.
Skills: * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in the local regional language and conversational Hindi/English.
Strong persuasion and sales closure skills.
Presentable appearance and high energy levels on the shop floor.
Traits: Confident, proactive, disciplined, and comfortable standing for long retail hours.
