In this capacity, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of instrumentation activities, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards. Your core duties will include:
- Providing expert technical oversight for instrumentation engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Executing comprehensive commissioning procedures to verify system performance and operational integrity.
- Performing rigorous field activities, ensuring that all hardware installations meet design specifications and safety requirements.
- Developing and maintaining precise Instrument Index documentation to track all project equipment efficiently.
- Creating and reviewing detailed Hook-up Drawings for various instruments to ensure seamless integration into the control architecture.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize system functionality.
- Adhering to strict project timelines and maintaining high standards of quality control during the commissioning phase.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong academic background combined with substantial practical experience in the instrumentation sector. Requirements include:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 14 years of professional experience in instrumentation engineering within an industrial setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in commissioning and field operations.
- Documentation Skills: Proven capability in managing Instrument Index databases and interpreting complex Hook-up Drawings.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Ability to work effectively within a structured team environment while maintaining high ethical standards.
