JOB AIM:

To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at site with highest standards. Achieve Key Performance Indicators.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) To carry out all engineering & operational procedures

2) Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility

  1. All Electrical Systems
  2. All HVAC system
  3. All Pac’s
  4. Water, Plumbing, Sanitary Systems
  5. Elevators/Lifts.

3) Daily inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc for a better management of engineering systems

4) Important and VIP client visits to be coordinated with Events team and should be managed without        escalations.

5) To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule.

6) Ensure proper usage & functioning of e-fit facility tool.

7) To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues.

8) Conduct M&E onboarding process, back to Basic as defined.

9)  Ensure proper usage & functioning of e-fit facility tool (VMT, FM APP Sites ops modules). 

10)  Ensure proper usage of Tabs for Log sheet readings & Check list

11) Proper handing & taking over tabs which are utilized for taking equipment readings

12) Ensure all the mandatory trainings are conducted as per schedule and track for attendance

 

13) Coordinate for execution of works related to service partners without escalations

14) Facility walk around and ensure Walk around map & Guide is followed and maintained.

15) Coordinate with DE& DM team for any issues that need help.

 

 

Records Management:

a) To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are prepared and sent to the chief engineer for all engineering related activities.

b) To update & maintain all 52 week PM records on a daily basis (Log books, History Cards, Equipment details, Service Reports, Incident Reports etc.)

 

Reporting Management

  1. Daily Report – walk around Snag point Closure report , all Engineering report
  2. Weekly report – Major highlights, Weekly R&M major work
  3. Monthly Report –central store SIH report, Energy Report, , Major works carried out report & Equipment Status Report, LCD Projector Report,
  4. Escalation to be followed during an incident as per escalation matrix.
