coordination for procurement/HR/IT and reporting of all of the above. Execution is a key part of the job and daily, weekly and monthly reviews on behalf of the
management. Adhering to the safety norms of the company at least fifteen safety line walks a
month is essential.
The Executive will build and nurture client relationships, generate qualified leads up to and including
orders, and manage the complete order cycle from inquiry to closure.
The Executive will be fully responsible for the collection of payments post-execution of orders,
including retention amounts after warranty periods.
The Executive will also be responsible for commercial operations such as vendor registration,
coordination with Finance & Accounts for SBLCs and PBGs, and with HR for administrative compliance
required for the release of payments.
Additionally, the Executive will coordinate with safety for safety compliances linked to inquiries and
ROFRs (Right of First Refusal). The role includes preparing costing, offers, follow-ups, site visits.
They will be responsible for securing orders at profitable rates as directed by the company and
ensuring that business is secured only in the core USP areas of the company, avoiding irrelevant
sectors.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by Management based on organizational needs.
