- Technical Support: Prepare customized drawings for clients requiring specialized kits or manifolds and act as a primary point of contact for resolving manufacturing or delivery inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and share valuable customer feedback for future product innovation.
- Account Management: Generate purchase orders, follow up on accounts receivable, and maintain healthy product mixes and pricing at key accounts.
