Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Skill Mapping
Conduct plant-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with production targets, safety requirements, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).
Build and maintain a Skill Matrix for shop-floor operators, technicians, and supervisors to identify skill gaps and cross-skilling opportunities.
Work closely with Plant Managers, Quality Control, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) teams to tailor technical and safety learning interventions.
2. Program Design, Delivery & Onboarding
Oversee structured New Hire Onboarding (NHO) and machine-specific orientation for factory floor workers and technical staff.
Design and execute operational training modules covering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Quality Management.
Implement a blended learning strategy combining classroom instruction, hands-on shop-floor coaching, micro-learning, and digital LMS tools.
3. Compliance, EHS & Quality Standards
Ensure 100% compliance tracking for mandatory safety certifications, EHS protocols, regulatory requirements, and ISO audit standards.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of training attendance, certifications, and compliance logs.
4. Leadership & Supervisory Development
