Key Responsibilities:<br />1. Monitor, Investigate and resolve Process issues  <br />2. Own and lead Productivity improvement.<br />3. Create rolling capacity forecast and action plan to meet the demand<br />4. Lead Value stream mapping (VSM /MIFA) process for the value stream<br />5. Carryout periodic cycle time study and capacity revisit<br />6. Identify & lead process automation/ I4.0 projects<br />7. Carryout periodic shopfloor audit to ensure process standards <br />8. Create, review periodically and maintain manufacturing documentation including PFMEA, Control plan, work instructions and standard operating procedures.<br />9. Lead ECN change implementation activities related to Production / shopfloor in PLM<br />10. Own and lead manufacturing change approval in PLM after validating the changes in production environment<br />11. Maintain BOM for the product<br />12. Create and maintain shop floor layouts, tools and fixture CAD drawings<br />13. Support new product development activities<br />14. Own Facility requirements for production<br /> <br /> <br />Knowledge requirements<br />1. Experience in lean manufacturing systems<br />2. Experience in Industrial engineering<br />3.
