Key Responsibilities: 1. Laboratory Services● Collect, process, and analyse biological samples (blood, urine, sputum, tissue, etc.).● Perform routine and specialized tests in haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and clinical pathology.● Ensure accurate documentation and timely release of laboratory results.● Assist in sample preparation for histopathology and cytology 2. Patient Care & Safety● Ensure correct patient identification and proper sample labelling.● Follow biosafety, infection control, and universal precautions always.● Handle hazardous materials and biomedical waste as per guidelines.● Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards 3.
