• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in process/manufacturing quality.

• Develop, review, and maintain Control Plan and PFMEA in line with process changes and engineering revisions.

• Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) as per the defined audit schedule and close findings within the timeline.

• Monitor process capability (Cpk/Ppk) and SPC charts for critical/special characteristics; escalate out-of-control conditions.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (8D) for internal non-conformances and customer complaints.

• Coordinate containment actions and effectiveness verification for process-related non-conformances.

• Monitor shop-floor First Pass Yield, defect rate, and scrap; drive reduction through structured problem solving.

• Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for in-process gauges and inspection/test equipment.

• Facilitate Kaizen / DMAIC continuous improvement projects on the production line.

• Verify shop-floor compliance to Control Plan, work instructions, and visual standards through process audits.

• Support internal and external IATF 16949 / customer process audits.

• Review and approve process changes (ECR/ECO) from a quality risk standpoint before implementation.
