Work experience: Work experience in Industrial Process control, DCS / PLC / SCADA Automation
engineering. Should have work experience of at least 3-10 years in these areas.
Travel: Related to project meetings at customer office / site as required & Site-specificrequirements in case required.Skills & Competency: * The LSCE leads the SCADA software engineering team for application softwaredevelopment and sub-system/supervisory system interfaces.
* The LSCE shall prepare SCADA system functionalspecifications for client
approval and subsequently for software generation. He/she may supervise a
team of engineersin this task.
* The LSCE shall supervise the development of application software on the
SCADA, including control and logic schemes/diagrams, configurationsfor
subsystem interface and supervisory systemsintegration.
* The LSCE shall be responsible for the procurement activities of software
inclusive of 3rd party buyouts. He/She may supervise a team of engineers inthistask.
* The LSCE conducts Engineering Design Review for application software and
corresponding integration activities.Key Responsibilities: * The LSCE shall understand customerspecifications,scope of work and scope ofsupply for the project.
* The LSCE shall minute project meetings such as customer kick-off meeting
(when instructed by GM/DM/PM),specification clarificationmeeting and
progress meeting.
* The LSCE shall be responsible for software application QC related activities based
on approved Project FAT procedure.
* The LSCE shallsupervise all internal testing of the system prior to the FAT.
He/she shall compile and organize all internal test records.
* The LSCE shall prepare and conduct FAT and compile and organize the FAT records.
* The LSCE is responsible for the compilation of as-built documents pertaining to
his/her scope.
* The LSCE shall ensure engineering quality to meet customer'stechnical
specifications and engineering codes and standards (where appropriate).
* To solve any issues related to projects at site.
