Key ResponsibiliƟes
1. Inventory Management & Governance
 Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure opƟmum stock availability.
 Perform regular cycle counts and physical verificaƟon.
 Implement inventory governance pracƟces to minimize losses, obsolescence, and discrepancies.
2. Supplier CoordinaƟon
 Liaise with suppliers for Ɵmely material dispatch and issue resoluƟon.
 Track inbound deliveries and ensure adherence to schedules.
 Manage supplier performance and drive conƟnuous improvement.
3. SAP MM Module OperaƟons
 Perform daily transacƟons in SAP MM (Material Management).
 Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, stock transfers, and inventory records.
 Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentaƟon within SAP systems.
4. Shipment & LogisƟcs Process
 Plan and coordinate dispatches for outbound shipments.
 Ensure proper documentaƟon for shipments including invoices, delivery challans, and E-way bills.
5. Warehouse OperaƟons
 Oversee warehouse acƟviƟes including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
 Ensure adherence to FIFO, FEFO, and other warehouse best pracƟces.
 Maintain warehouse layout efficiency and storage opƟmizaƟon.
6. Line Feeding AcƟviƟes
 Ensure Ɵmely material availability to producƟon lines.
 Coordinate with producƟon teams for uninterrupted operaƟons.
 Monitor line-side inventory and reduce downƟme due to material shortages.

7. CFT (Cross-FuncƟonal Team) CoordinaƟon)
 Work closely with Procurement, ProducƟon, Finance, and Quality teams.
 Facilitate smooth communicaƟon between departments to ensure operaƟonal efficiency.
 Support cross-funcƟonal projects and process improvements.
8. ConƟnuous Improvement & ReporƟng
 Prepare logisƟcs performance reports and KPIs.
 IdenƟfy process gaps and implement correcƟve acƟons.
 Drive automaƟon and digitalizaƟon iniƟaƟves in logisƟcs operaƟons.
Key Skills & Competencies
 Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operaƟons
 Hands-on experience in SAP MM module
 Understanding of logisƟcs, transportaƟon, and shipment processes
 Proficiency in E-way bill generaƟon and compliance

EducaƟonal QualificaƟon
Diploma / bachelor's degree in supply chain management, LogisƟcs, Engineering, or related field
in LogisƟcs or Supply Chain (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing/automoƟve/industrial logisƟcs environment
Exposure to line feeding / producƟon support logisƟcs
