- Machine maintenance experience in chemical etching tools (dry etchers, wet benches, plasma etchers)
- Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems, RF power supplies, pumps, chillers, and gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers
- Understand and monitor etching process parameters (etch rate, selectivity, uniformity, CD profile).
- Collaborate with process engineers to resolve process-related issues (under-etch, over-etch, particle contamination).
- Assist in process recipe transfers, equipment qualification, and calibration.
- Provide feedback from equipment condition to help improve process stability and yield.
- Follow strict EHS protocols for handling & storage of hazardous gases and wet chemicals
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and safety procedures.
- Knowlegde in Pneumatics , electrical circuit, servo systems and PLC controlled machines
- Able to perform RCA, CAPA, Preventive maintenance, Time based & Condition based maintenance, Kaizen and 5S
- Perform spare parts management, SOPs and technical documentation
