- Role & Responsibilities (What the candidate is supposed to do on the job) :
- Fallow the monthly preventive plan, co ordinate with production and lead to on time complete. Find the gaps and CAPA.
- Keep the updated record as per record retention policy.
- Daily maintenance plan: Work in team with production department for effective use of daily maintenance plan and note down findings and correct it.
- Start the predictive maintenance process and documentations.
- Monitor the daily breakdowns, collect the data, analysis it and CAPA.
- Attend the B/D's in required situations.
- Provide the spares, maintain the critical spares.
- Monitor the B/D%, electricity cost, maintenance expenses, and water consumption on monthly basis.
- Build the maintenance team, guide them and improve the skill matrix of self and team.
- Report of any unethical, unsafe practices if prevailing to manager, HR lead or Plant Manager
- Over all responsible for safe working practices in plant engineering department.
- Initiate the productivity improvement projects, suggestions on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Initiate cost saving projects and keep the supporting.
- Closely work with production supervisors for any pending issue and take feedback on maintenance team support from them on quarterly basis.
- Maintain the documents related to ISO 9001:2008 / ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
- Improve the 5 S score.
