This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration, efficient facility management, and effective fleet operations.The role will not only manage day-to-day office operations but also play a key role in identifying and setting up new facilities across India.
Facility Management: Oversee daily office facility operations, including infrastructure, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, and reception services
New Facility Development: Identify, evaluate, and support the setup of new offices, warehouses, and facilities across India, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.
Fleet Management: Manage company fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, optimization, maintenance, insurance, and vendor coordination.
Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate with service providers, oversee contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
Workplace Safety & Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere to statutory requirements, health & safety norms, and company policies.
Project Management: Lead renovation, expansion, and space-planning projects across locations.
Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for admin, facility, and fleet functions; identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Sustainability & Efficiency: Drive initiatives for energy efficiency, sustainable operations, and employee well- being in workplace management.
Qualifications, Role-Specific Knowledge and Experience
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Administration, Facility, and Fleet Management.
- Experience: Experience in Administration, Facility, and Fleet Management.
- Proven experience in setting up new offices/facilities and managing fleet operations is highly desirable.
- Flexible and willing to travel across India as required for new facility setups.
