- Monitors junior Professional Talent Solutions team member's goals and performance metrics, plans junior resources and capability development to achieve outcomes. Provides input into team's budget
- Provides guidance to the team on service expansion and growth within existing client accounts, for example introducing services of targeted searches and direct contact, innovative aptitude diagnostics, reference checks and other tools to clients, contributing to increased revenue and team performance
- Drives the development of non-complex recruitment solutions that address client needs in areas of engineering, IT, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal, marketing & communications, fostering collaboration across internal team(s) and leveraging client feedback to align with future market trends and needs of professional roles recruitment
- Stays up-to-date on the market trends and analyzes competitors' service and offerings in recruitment of professional roles, identifies and provides insights in offering unique value propositions to differentiate services in partnering with clients stakeholders such as hiring managers
- May co-lead on small accounts or own part of the delivery process. Prepares and presents client engagement to client stakeholders, with guidance/involvement of more senior level colleagues
- Generates and reviews sales forecasts and compiles sales reports, provides guidance in development and maintenance of long-term client relationships with various levels of stakeholders, focusing on client satisfaction and client retention
- Monitors client feedback, addresses concerns, and implements improvements to ensure client satisfaction and service experience
- Developing SLAs for process deadlines in conjunction with internal stakeholders for new client acquisition and contract extension in the case of existing clients.
Focusing on Overdue reduction, ensuring EW growth over assigned base and ensuring a good customer satisfaction score.
Developing MIPs (Margin Improvement Plans), ADPs(Account Development Plans) and ensuring mining of new jobs.
