You will be</p><p>instrumental in upholding software quality across all stages of development, focusing on robust automated testing</p><p>solutions. This role requires a proactive, adaptable team player who can successfully drive automation best practices and</p><p>technical implementation.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities and Main Accountabilities</p><p>● Automation Strategy &amp; Execution: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts for</p><p>various processes, including regression, end-to-end, smoke, sanity, and complex calculations/payroll testing.</p><p>● Testing Coverage: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software</p><p>systems.</p><p>● Quality &amp; Defect Management: Continuously monitor automated test suites, analyze test results, and</p><p>troubleshoot defects in real-time. Collaborate with development teams for swift resolution.</p><p>● Framework Management: Configure and maintain test environments and automation frameworks, and</p><p>collaborate with technical leads to evaluate and implement new test automation tools.</p><p>● Process Improvement: Create high-quality documentation, including detailed test plans and low-level test</p><p>cases.</p><p>● Collaboration: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams to define</p><p>acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.</p><p>Required Experience &amp; Technical Proficiency</p><p></p><p>● Experience Level: Minimum of 2+ years of total experience in Quality Assurance.</p><p>● Testing Skills: Mandatory experience in both automation and manual testing.</p><p>● Automation Tools: Expertise with Selenium WebDriver is mandatory, along with proficiency in other open-source</p><p>automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, or Cypress).</p><p>● Testing Focus: Primary expertise is required in Windows and Web UI testing. The ideal candidate is a highly proficient, self-starting developer capable of independently building and delivering robust integration solutions.
