We’re looking for a</p><p></p><p>Senior IAM security specialist</p><p></p><p>how you will contribute</p><p></p><p>As a key specialist within the Global CISO Office, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the security and integrity of Randstad’s worldwide identity landscape. This role focuses on analysis, definition, and governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and processes, rather than development or operations. You will monitor and support our global IAM program, ensuring consistent adherence to global access control baselines across all Randstad countries (OpCos). You are the critical link between the CISO’s risk-based security policies and the technical/business implementation teams.</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities</p><p></p><p>1. Global IAM governance & policy enforcement</p><p></p><p>● Monitor the deployment and enforcement of the global access control policy and</p><p></p><p>baseline throughout all Randstad regions.</p><p></p><p>● Support and audit global standards for IAM processes</p><p></p><p>● Conduct fit-gap assessments for local OpCos to pinpoint deviations in identity</p><p></p><p>management.</p><p></p><p>● Support, advise on, and track remediation plans in collaboration with business</p><p></p><p>owners to ensure timely completion.</p><p></p><p>● Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including relevant</p><p></p><p>security frameworks (e.g., ISO, GDPR, NIS2).</p><p></p><p>2. Privileged access & lifecycle oversight (PAM & JML)</p><p></p><p>● Provide governance and oversight for Privileged Access Management (PAM)</p><p></p><p>● Work closely with global IT teams, business units, and other stakeholders to</p><p></p><p>understand and address their IAM requirements.</p><p></p><p>● Provide guidance and support on IAM processes and procedures.</p><p></p><p>● Document IAM processes and maintain a current knowledge base.</p><p></p><p>3. Analysis & risk management</p><p></p><p>● Utilize analytical skills to extract and interpret data to support processes and</p><p></p><p>proactive threat detection.</p><p></p><p>● Maintain a "security-first" mentality and actively anticipate vulnerabilities in a complex</p><p></p><p>environment.</p><p></p><p>Required expertise and qualifications</p><p></p><p>Experience & skills:</p><p></p><p>● At least 5 years of IT experience, of which at least 3 years in the IAM field</p><p></p><p>● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p><p></p><p>● You are eager to learn and enjoy sharing your knowledge with the team</p><p></p><p>● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex</p><p></p><p>IAM topics and risks to non-technical business users.</p><p></p><p>● Global Mindset: Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders across multiple</p><p></p><p>countries and time zones</p><p></p><p>Technical expertise:</p><p></p><p>● Foundational IAM knowledge: Deep understanding of core concepts such as Least</p><p></p><p>Privilege, Segregation of Duties, Need-to-Know and Role-based access control</p><p></p><p>(RBAC).</p><p></p><p>● Experience with Splunk, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and CyberArk is highly desired..</p><p></p><p>● Compliance frameworks: Familiarity with ISO 27001:2022 access control</p><p></p><p>requirements, NIS2 and general IT security principles and best practices.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Is this the job for you? You will be</p><p>instrumental in upholding software quality across all stages of development, focusing on robust automated testing</p><p>solutions. This role requires a proactive, adaptable team player who can successfully drive automation best practices and</p><p>technical implementation.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities and Main Accountabilities</p><p>● Automation Strategy &amp; Execution: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts for</p><p>various processes, including regression, end-to-end, smoke, sanity, and complex calculations/payroll testing.</p><p>● Testing Coverage: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software</p><p>systems.</p><p>● Quality &amp; Defect Management: Continuously monitor automated test suites, analyze test results, and</p><p>troubleshoot defects in real-time. Collaborate with development teams for swift resolution.</p><p>● Framework Management: Configure and maintain test environments and automation frameworks, and</p><p>collaborate with technical leads to evaluate and implement new test automation tools.</p><p>● Process Improvement: Create high-quality documentation, including detailed test plans and low-level test</p><p>cases.</p><p>● Collaboration: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams to define</p><p>acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.</p><p>Required Experience &amp; Technical Proficiency</p><p></p><p>● Experience Level: Minimum of 2+ years of total experience in Quality Assurance.</p><p>● Testing Skills: Mandatory experience in both automation and manual testing.</p><p>● Automation Tools: Expertise with Selenium WebDriver is mandatory, along with proficiency in other open-source</p><p>automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, or Cypress).</p><p>● Testing Focus: Primary expertise is required in Windows and Web UI testing.
