Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and oversee technical and production operations across all manufacturing sections — Tape, Lamination,
·Drive initiatives to improve yield, efficiency, and product quality across departments.
·Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to meet business objectives.
·Analyze process performance and implement technical improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
·Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for smooth plant operations.
·Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
·Manage manpower, training, and shift planning to optimize productivity.
·Prepare and review MIS reports, production summaries, and performance metrics.
·Lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing or other efficiency tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
·B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any Graduate in relevant field.
·10–15 years of experience in technical and production management, preferably in woven sack or polymer-based manufacturing.
·Strong understanding of tape, weaving, lamination, and stitching operations.
·Proven ability to improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
·Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
