SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Technical & Functional Skills * Mastery of KPI/KRA design, cascading logic, weightage models, and performance tracking. * Proficiency in strategy frameworks: BSC, OKR, MBO, SWOT, TOWS, Ansoff, BCG, GE Matrix, Porter's Five Forces. * Hands-on experience with PMS tools, ERP performance modules, or HRMS platforms. * Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards. * Strong financial acumen - P&L understanding, ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC process improvement methodologies.
