* Review end-to-end payroll processing including variable pay, allowances, and regular cycles
* Review payroll inputs from HR and ensure timely validation and consolidation
* Execute post-payroll adjustments, corrections
* Prepare provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of payroll-related journal entries
* Respond to employee payroll queries and provide resolution within defined SLAs
* Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR, Finance, and leadership
* Process leaves requests, return-to-work checklists, and monitor active leave dates
* Set up payroll parameters for new hires and ensure accurate onboarding data
* Manage garnishments, wage attachments, tax declarations, and statutory deductions
* Oversee time capture, biometric/time-sheet validation, and integration checks
* Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and compliance requirements across all payroll activities
