Job Summary
The primary function is to perform NC programming for Valves and Measurement related products/Plants of Cameron using Edgecam. Ability to work on CAM package with hands on experience on machine (Edgecam preferred), any one CAD package for Modelling and Knowledge about Manufacturing processes are the key requirements.

- To Provide NC Program for Turning and Milling Machines using Edgecam for Simple and Medium Complex Parts/ Operations
- To Provide Manufacturing Models of Simple and Medium-Complex .
- Knowledge to Perform Jigs and fixture design.
- To Create and Maintain CAD Models for CuttingTools
- Knowledge on Cutting tool and Cutting Parameter Selection for Turning and Milling Machine Operation/Parts
- To Prove out Parts Hands-on Turning and Milling Machine For Simple and Medium-Complex Process/Operations Knowledge on Operating CNC contollers (Eg: Fanuc, Siemens)
- Ability and Willingness to Travel, as Required. Estimated at up to 10%

- Diploma. in Mechanical engineering
- 3-6 years experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Capable to Run machines by own and perform setting activities (hands on experience in machine).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Team player with a flexible attitude.
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook and approach.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to make technical presentations, write technical reports and working instructions.
- Willing to travel overseas for the project basis upon short notices
Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge in manual ISO programming for Machining centers (Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Center, Horizontal Machining Center & Mill-Turn machines).
- Hands on experience in CNC machine operations (up to 5 Axis) & trouble shouting skills are must.
- Proficiency in a CAM package is must. Preferably from Edgecam.
- Knowledge in selection of cutting tools & tool holders for various machining operation.
- Proficiency in developing complete machining process with tooling and fixtures.
- Proficiency in any one of 3D packages like Inventor/Pro E/UG/Solid works .
- Proficiency in Post processor development, PCI & Strategy manager will be added advantage.
- Hands on experience in Machines such as Mazak (Integrex) or G&L or DMG will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills, verbal/written.
- Proficient with MS office.
