Below 1 year experience: CTC ₹3.0 LPA (₹18,500 in hand)
More than 1 year experience: CTC ₹3.25 LPA (₹21,300 in hand)
Bonus: ₹22,500 (For 18 Months)
PF Savings: ₹65,000 (For 18 Months)
Insurance Cover: ₹6 Lakhs for Self & Family
ESI Coverage: Additional Benefit
SHIFT TIMINGS (6 Days/Week):
Shift A: 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM
Shift B: 3:15 PM - 12:00 AM
Benefits: 8 Hours Working | Shift Allowance for 2nd Shift | Overtime / Comp-Off Available
ADDITIONAL PERKS:
Accommodation: Provided for initial 7 days + assistance afterwards
