Responsibilities- Market Research & Intelligence: Map new geographic and application markets, identify product opportunities, and monitor global competitor trends.
- Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, conduct regular site visits, and facilitate technical or quality audits.
- Strategic Growth: Translate research into actionable go-to-market strategies and support the development of competitive pricing models.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term professional relationships with OEMs and end-users, ensuring exceptional service and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and high-level client meetings.
- Reporting: Provide regular, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business development or marketing within the industrial, manufacturing, or composites sector.
- Strong understanding of thermoset composites, electrical insulation materials, or copper-based products is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with OEMs and navigate complex industrial markets.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of turning market data into successful business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at international trade events.
- Educational background in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
