2. Key Responsibilities
• Understand and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS
18001:2007, and QC080000:2012 standards.
• Perform daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of production equipment as
per equipment management procedures.
• Handle machine commissioning and setup to meet production line requirements.
• Perform production parameter setting and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns and abnormalities efficiently.
• Hands-on experience in:
o Laser Engraving Machine programming & maintenance
o Ultrasonic Machine maintenance
o Wave Soldering Machine maintenance (JT preferred)
o Glue Dispenser programming & maintenance
o Cutting Machine programming & maintenance
o CCD Machine programming & troubleshooting
o Shuttle Conveyor systems
• Provide training to operators for proper usage of machines and fixtures.
• Maintain machine logs, documentation, and service records.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
3. Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of laser engraving machines and production equipment
• Experience in machine programming and troubleshooting
• Understanding of EMS manufacturing processes
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple machines and production issues
