Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Ensure adherence to best practice and coding standards in custom development.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.- The ability to understand ,support, modify and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Strong knowledge in Dynamics 365 configuration and customization , plugin development, developing custom workflow activity , JavaScript, and SSIS , API Integrations and Azure functions- Proficiency in relevant Programming languages such as C#,TypeSript, HTML, CSS and .Net framework.- Experience with the Dynamics CRM Integration with legacy and Modern systems using batch job or API is an added advantage.- Strong knowledge in SQL queries and SSIS package using Kingsway soft is needed to resolve the data issues in the system.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within CRM environments.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.- Competence in writing clean, maintainable code and performing code reviews.
