Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Define and execute a national operations roadmap aligned to organizational growth, customer commitments, and margin improvement.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for all operational teams and ensure execution through structured reviews. ...
• Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Safety, and Finance to align operational efficiency with business priorities.
• Serve as the primary custodian for service SLAs, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) metrics, and customer satisfaction scores.
People Management
• Build, Lead, mentor, and develop a large, geographically distributed teams including Regional Operations Manager, Supply Chain Leads, and Ground Teams. Manage a
workforce exceeding 150+ personnel, directly and indirectly
• Lead performance management, engagement, and skill development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and responsiveness across the operations vertical.
Operations & Process Management
• Own end-to-end operations: logistics, warehousing, branch functioning, asset rotation, and last-mile delivery.
• Manage 22+ large to mid format warehouses and ensure OTIF delivery (On Time In Full).
• Monitor daily inventory movement, stock accuracy, and branch performance.
• Oversee rostering, resource allocation, and shift-based deployment for 24x7 readiness during peak jobs. Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify inefficiencies in the operations chain and lead lean, Six Sigma, or automation initiatives.
• Build SOPs, visual management systems, and dashboard-led performance monitoring.
• Drive implementation of digital tools like ERP, ClickUp, HROne, fleet management and performance management tools.
Customer Focus & Service Excellence
• Build a service-oriented mindset within the operations team.
• Support escalations, SLA breaches, and high-priority client deployments.
• Ensure branch teams are aligned to deliver prompt and professional service at site.
Expansion & Projects
• Plan and execute warehouse setup, new branch operations, and scaling projects across India.
• Collaborate with Project & Industrial Services teams to support AMC and Shutdown job readiness.
