1) Manage Office administration including HR activities. Maintain attendance
for all employees are report to HO as per schedule.
2) Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
3) Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
4) Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets ...
5) Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
6) Update office policies as needed

13) Support email configuration (Outlook), VPN, and remote access issues
14) Monitor and resolve internet and LAN connectivity problems.

16) Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
17) Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
18) Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution
