1) Manage Office administration including HR activities. Maintain attendance
for all employees are report to HO as per schedule.
2) Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
3) Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
4) Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
5) Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
6) Update office policies as needed
7) Manage HR activities such as recruitment, exit interviews, personal
management, welfare,...etc.
8) Manage all assets of site such as store, labour camp, vehicles, ...etc
9) Maintain records of labour licenses, commercial licenses, rental agreements
of buildings and lands, service providers..etc and update periodically
10) Arrange travel and accommodations
11) Schedule in-house and external events
12) Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and
peripherals with help of HO.
13) Support email configuration (Outlook), VPN, and remote access issues
14) Monitor and resolve internet and LAN connectivity problems.
15) Manage user accounts, password resets, and access rights (AD/Domain).
