Job Summary

We are looking to hire contingent workers with a strong science background and excellent communication skills to support project coordination and operational activities for the Customs projects management team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, supporting quote generation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of custom product orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support quote generation using standardized tools and coordinate revisions
• Work closely with Sales Planning, Production, and QA teams for order execution
• Validate and coordinate pricing and lead time commitments
• Maintain and update order tracking systems and dashboards
• Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including follow-ups
• Communicate order status, delays, and issue resolution to stakeholders
• Assist in complaint handling and resolution processes
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / related field
• 1-3 years of experience in scientific operations, project coordination, or related roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
