Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Plastic Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production / operations management, preferable in any packaging / moulding industries.
Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with SAP / ERP systems and production management software.
