We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized OFT Associate to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role involves processing orders, maintaining documentation, and generating reports related to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of commercial terms.

• Position: OFT Associate
• Shift: 5 days a week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary: Up to 7 LPA
• Location: Gurgaon Sector 5 Phase 3

* Follow the order entry process in HDS and the Order Fulfillment team (OFT) procedures.* Process orders in the HDS system and obtain necessary approvals.* Maintain all order entry-related documents and sign-offs.* Generate reports on orders, costs, and gross profit (GP).* Basic knowledge of import processes is a plus.* Understand and apply commercial terms related to orders, purchases, and supply.* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.* Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records.* Adhere to all internal control and compliance practices to safeguard assets, minimize fraud, and comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulations.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree.* 1-5 years of experience in a similar role with strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated understanding of numbers and cost implications.* Excellent command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Detail-oriented and organized.
