Key Responsibilities
* Validation of primary packaging.
* Development of secondary & tertiary packaging.
* Manage artwork development, proofing and approvals with vendors.
* Execute and document packaging tests.
* Support packaging trials and issue resolution on manufacturing lines
* Vendor Management.
* Coordinate with QA, production, SCM, and vendors for timely launches and
approvals

Qualifications & Experience
* Degree / Diploma in Packaging Technology from IIP
* 4-6 years of experience in colour cosmetics / skin care packaging development
& testing
* Prior experience in a manufacturing / plant environment
* Exposure to multi-client / private label packaging management preferred______________
Key Skills
* Strong understanding of cosmetic packaging materials & testing
* Artwork and print development knowledge
* Documentation and audit readiness
* Plant-oriented problem solving
