>Conduct regular PGM Meet training (as per schedule) to improve product recommendation & sales referrals. ...
>Ensuring Timely Schemes/ benefits are conveyed to PGMs which are converted through referrals
>Ensuring updating of Various team sheets like (Claim Status, Meet Status, Enrollment data etc.)
->Coordinating with the call center team for PGM NPS calling and getting the Monthly report.
>Converting Parts Offtake through PGMs and preparing a dashboard for sharing it with the HO team.
>Train and Develop Key PGMs to do Free Service with a proper tie up with dealers
