Key Responsibilities
* Conduct physiotherapy assessments and design individualized rehab plans, with a focus on
osteo-rehabilitation (joint replacement, fractures, osteoarthritis, post-surgical recovery)
* Deliver hands-on therapy sessions - manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and
pain management
* Work closely with physicians and the broader care team to align rehab goals with each member's
overall treatment plan
* Track patient progress, document sessions in the EMR, and adjust care plans based on outcomes
* Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management
* Support group or functional training sessions where relevant
Requirements & Qualifications
* Masters in Physiotherapy (MPT), preferably with an Orthopedics/Musculoskeletal specialization
* Demonstrated experience in osteo-rehabilitation - joint, bone, or post-surgical recovery
* Valid physiotherapy council registration
* Strong communication skills to counsel patients and families through recovery
* Comfortable working full onsite shifts, Monday to Saturday
