 Understanding of the different accounts and doc. types in SAP and the deadlines at month
end
 Month end postings
Intercompany payments:
 Ensure related documentation is in compliance with accounting rules and business ethics
Intercompany transactions:
 Transaction processing of incoming payments, including follow up of current and overdue
items
 Transaction processing of received intercompany invoices
 Follow up of cross company invoices and ensure reconciliation of account and correct
accounting flow in both the buying and selling company
 Transaction processing of service fee invoices and ensure correct documentation compared
to contract
 Ensure correct VAT handling of transaction with affiliates
 Reconciliation including solution of differences before month end closing
 Handling invoice list and preliminary and final statements to affiliates
 Maintaining relevant documentation defined as per the control
 Query handling
Month end activities:
 Intercompany reconciliation
 Bank postings
