The Clinic Doctor is responsible for providing comprehensive, compassionate and patient-centric clinical care to patients visiting Center. The Doctor will assess patients, review medical reports and treatment history, explain the proposed treatment approach, administer/prescribe medicine as per established clinical protocols, monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate follow-up.

The role requires a strong focus on clinical responsibility, patient safety, accurate documentation, communication, treatment adherence and overall patient experience.

Note: Clinical decisions must always remain independent, ethical and within the Doctor's professional scope of practice. Commercial targets must not compromise clinical judgment or patient safety.

5. Qualification & Experience

Essential:

• BHMS from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration/licence to practice as applicable.
• Good communication and patient-management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in oncology, cancer care, palliative/supportive care or a related healthcare setting.
• Experience in patient counselling and long-term patient management.
