Primary Size, Grading & Location Planning Responsibilities:<br />Grading<br />• Own and develop/maintain grading guidelines/strategies. Ensure grading guidelines/strategies are being followed<br />through grading review process.<br />• Create and maintain store grading at the class level<br />• Monitor and review the grading process to ensure compliance with established guidelines.<br />• Review high volume/low space stores. Analyze stores with high sales volume but limited space and provide<br />actionable insights.<br />• Determine how to best optimize high volume/low space stores. Identify and implement strategies to maximize<br />efficiency and sales in these stores.<br />• Communicate individual store grade adjustments. Inform relevant stakeholders about changes in store grades.<br />Adjust store grades based on identified opportunities for improvement.<br />Sizing<br />• Own size strategy. Develop/manage the overall size strategy for the company. Determine level to profile and<br />strategies to drive size precision.<br />• Review and analyze size curves for each store before they are finalized and published.<br />• Develop and maintain detailed size profiles for different classes and item types.<br />• Conduct analysis to find size-related opportunities based on brand, region, or demographics and provide<br />actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.<br />• Review/examine actual sales data, allocated sizes, and planned penetration percentages.<br />• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance size allocation accuracy.<br />• Collaborate with ASMs and Business Units to build store clusters. Implement/roll out localization strategies and<br />brand/category-specific initiatives.<br />Projects & Reporting<br />• Develop, Monitor, Publish and Maintain allocation reporting. Take ownership of creating and maintaining weekly,<br />monthly, and quarterly reports for allocation business. This includes developing executive dashboards for senior<br />leaders to provide them with clear and actionable insights.<br />• Collaborate/support on company projects and requests related to allocation and sizing by providing data<br />analysis and insights as needed.
