1. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
1. The individual shall prepare technical design drawings as per project
requirements and lead instructions.
2. The individual must ensure accuracy in dimensions, specifications, and
system layouts.
3. The individual shall incorporate site constraints and real conditions into the
drawings.
4. The individual must follow lead-approved templates and company standards.
2. SITE SUPPORT
5. The individual shall visit site with the Lead for assessments when required.
6. The individual must record actual site conditions and update drawings
accordingly.
7. The individual shall support the Lead in verifying design feasibility at site.
3. MATERIAL & BILL OF QUANTITY PREPARATION
8. The individual shall prepare preliminary material lists and quantities based on
approved designs.
9. The individual must ensure accuracy of specifications, sizes, and quantities.
10. The individual shall provide inputs for the final Material Requisition List (MRL)
to Supply Chain.
4. DESIGN DOCUMENTATION & VERSION CONTROL
11. The individual shall maintain all design drawings, documents, and revisions in
a structured format.
12. The individual must ensure version control is maintained.
13. The individual shall update drawings promptly after design changes or site
feedback.

5. COORDINATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS
14. The individual shall coordinate with:

 Project Delivery Lead
 Project Coordinator
 Supply Chain team
15. The individual must ensure all technical requirements are communicated
clearly.
16. The individual shall clarify doubts with Lead Design & Planning before
execution.
6. QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
17. The individual shall ensure drawings comply with industry standards and
company specifications.
18. The individual must check for accuracy in technical details and avoid errors
that lead to rework.
19. The individual shall follow lead-approved review process for all drawings.
7. DEADLINE MANAGEMENT
20. The individual shall deliver design outputs within agreed timelines.
21. The individual must prioritize tasks based on project urgency and lead
instructions.
22. The individual shall report delays or bottlenecks immediately to the Lead.
8. CLIENT COORDINATION SUPPORT (IF REQUIRED)
23. The individual shall assist the Lead during client discussions for design
clarifications.
24. The individual must prepare drawings and visuals for presentations.
25. The individual shall implement client feedback in the drawings accurately.
9. TRAINING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT
26. The individual shall continuously upgrade technical skills in MEP, CRP, and
HVAC systems.
27. The individual must learn company design processes and templates
thoroughly.
28. The individual shall aim to grow into Lead Design & Planning role in future.

10. REPORTING & TRACKING
29. The individual shall submit daily or weekly progress updates to Lead Design &
Planning.
30. The individual must maintain tracking of tasks assigned and completed.
31. The individual shall ensure all outputs are checked before submission to
Project/Execution team.

 Accuracy of drawings
 Timeliness of outputs
 Incorporation of site conditions
