<p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead the Poultry Equipment Division for PAN India and Global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability across all functions — Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Strategic Leadership</p><ul><li>Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets in domestic and international markets.</li><li>Lead business planning, budgeting, and P&L management for the division.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the brand footprint globally.</li></ul><p>Sales & Marketing</p><ul><li>Drive sales growth through dealer networks, OEMs, institutional clients, and project-based business.</li><li>Oversee marketing initiatives, product positioning, and participation in trade fairs and exhibitions.</li><li>Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul>  <p>Key Requirements</p><ul><li>Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Agriculture / Production Engineering; MBA preferred.<ul><li>Experience: 15-20+ years in Poultry Equipment, Agribusiness, or related manufacturing industry.</li></ul></li></ul>Proven experience in business development, operations, and P&L leadership<h3>experience</h3>20

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Systems<br />Engineering (Ph.D. preferred).<br /> Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience, including at<br />least 5 years in a leadership capacity.<br /> Proven track record in model-based design (MATLAB/Simulink, SysML, or<br />equivalent) and 3D modeling (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).<br /> Hands-on experience in manufacturing, system integration, and product<br />scale-up—from pilot to commercial deployment.<br /> Strong background in energy systems, clean technologies, renewable<br />fuels, or carbon capture projects.<br /> Proven Experience in leading and approving FMEA and HAZOP studies for<br />complex engineering system.<br /> Expert level understanding of strength of materials and Engineering<br />mechanics for sound engineering decision<br /> Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br /> Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical<br />programs under strict timelines.<h3>experience</h3>20
