Operations & Production • Oversee daily operations of the Envira pellet plant to ensure targeted production volumes (TPH capacity utilization). • Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer demand and biomass availability. • Monitor and optimize plant performance (throughput, energy efficiency, downtime control). • Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery and equipment. Raw Material & Biomass Supply • Coordinate with biomass banks and local vendors for timely and cost-effective raw material procurement. • Manage storage, drying, and preparation of biomass feedstock (husks, cobs, agri-residues, etc.). • Ensure adherence to 5S principles and best practices in material handling. Quality & Compliance • Maintain quality standards for pellets (moisture, calorific value, density, size uniformity). • Implement process controls and regular inspections. • Ensure statutory compliance with pollution control, safety, and labor regulations. People Management • Lead, train, and motivate plant workforce (operators, technicians, supervisors). • Implement shift planning and manpower optimization for 24x7 operations. • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Cost & Efficiency • Monitor and control operating costs, energy consumption, and material utilization. • Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance plant profitability. • Support digital monitoring and reporting systems for transparency and decision-making.
