Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, projecting, and synthesizing information to ensure that commissions and provisions are calculated accurately and within the required deadlines. This senior-level role requires high technical autonomy and involves driving global transitions, migrating processes, and proactively dissecting complex financial models.
Key Role and Responsibilities
Commission Calculations & AnalysisCalculate commissions for various existing schemes based on provided HR and financial data.
Integrate corrective measures related to specific missions, secondments, guaranteed minimum variables, or prior-period corrections.
Review calculations and identified anomalies with the Social Management Control team.
Provide all calculation files and prepared import files before the initial payroll runs.
Adapt calculation templates to meet evolving needs based on changes to the schemes.
Dive into complex, macro-managed Excel files to proactively dissect and understand their logic.
Global Transition & Process MigrationDrive and support the migration of processes from European entities to a Global Capability Center (GCC).
Manage out-of-system exceptions and adapt processes to accommodate diverse regional requirements.
Successfully navigate and bridge language and cultural barriers during the transition phases and daily operations.
Economic Performance SteeringCalculate accounting provisions related to commissions based on provided financial data and produce the corresponding reports.
Provide analyses on the evolution of commission volumes paid out based on business activity.

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
Education & Experience
Minimum Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Senior Analyst profile (Level 13+ equivalent). Proven track record working on global transitions, specifically migrating processes from European entities to a GCC.
Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel: Absolute and immediate mastery of complex formulas, lookup functions, and pivot tables. Must possess strong technical autonomy to independently manage, troubleshoot, and reverse-engineer complex spreadsheets and macros.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in handling information systems, ERPs, and databases.
Behavioral SkillsAutonomy & Proactivity: Highly self-driven with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges and investigate logical flows proactively.
Adaptability & Cross-Cultural Communication: Adept at managing international stakeholders, language barriers, and non-standard processes.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and quickly identify anomalies.
Rigor & Accuracy: High attention to detail, crucial for ensuring precise commission calculations and meeting strict payroll deadlines.
