ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ; RESPONSIBILITIES:  Lead and oversee the full procurement lifecycle across the GCC and drive procurement analytics and reporting to executive leadership.<br /> Manage the end-to-end RFx process (RFI, RFP, RFQ), ensuring effective competition, compliance, and alignment with category and business requirements.<br /> Oversee creation, close/cancel or amendment of PO and collaborate with finance on PO/invoice management.<br /> Administer contract creation, review, renewal, and amendment processes in coordination with global legal and compliance teams.<br /> Own and govern the vendor onboarding process, ensuring due diligence, risk assessments, and adherence to compliance requirements.<br /> Maintain and ensure the integrity of vendor master data, implementing controls and serve as the escalation point for supplier queries, disputes, and performance issues, ensuring prompt resolution and relationship stability.<br /> Champion digital procurement tools (e.g., Workday, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle or equivalent) to enable process automation and transparency.<br /> Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing processes, cycle times, and operational efficiency.<br /> Ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies, governance frameworks, and local regulatory requirements.<br /> Develop, mentor, retain a high performing team while supporting training and capability building to strengthen operational maturity and enhance performance effectiveness Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement and sourcing operations within a global or shared services setup.<br /> Strong expertise in RFx management, contract lifecycle administration, and supplier relationship management, vendor performance management using relevant frameworks.<br /> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to leverage data for decision-making and insights.<br /> High proficiency with ERP and procurement tools along with data analytics tools<br /> Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence at multiple organizational levels.<br /> Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities.<br /> Demonstrated track record of process optimization, cost savings, and operational efficiency improvement.<br /> Deep understanding of procurement compliance, risk management, and audit controls.<br /> Adaptability to work in a dynamic, multi-geography, and cross-functional environment.<br /> Strong leadership, people development, and change management capabilities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management<br /> minimum10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or vendor management with 4-5 years in a leadership role managing shared services, or GCC setup<br /> Proven exposure to global procurement policies, sourcing frameworks, and compliance standards.<br /> Hands-on experience with digital procurement platforms and strong proficiency in MS Excel and analytics tools.<br /> Ability to lead teams with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. <h3>experience</h3>15
