Job Description: Procurement & Supply Operations Executive
Department: Operations / Supply Chain
Location: Bangalore/ MG Road
Role Purpose:
To strengthen procurement and supply execution through RM/PM planning coordination, vendor follow-ups, inventory tracking and operational governance, thereby enabling leadership bandwidth toward strategic sourcing, cost optimization and innovation
Responsibility Area Key Activities:
- Procurement Operations Execute PO follow-ups, delivery tracking and vendor coordination for RM/PM procurement
- RM/PM Material Planning Monitor RM/PM availability against production plan and proactively highlight supply risks
- Inventory Tracking Maintain RM/PM inventory trackers and support adherence to approved DOH norms
- Vendor Coordination Ensure timely vendor communication, dispatch follow-ups and documentation closure
- Procurement MIS & Dashboards Maintain procurement, inventory and material readiness dashboards for review cadence
- Alternate Vendor Coordination Support onboarding documentation and coordination for alternate vendors
- Quality Documentation Coordination Track COA, specifications and vendorcompliance documentation
- Commercialization Coordination Support RM/PM readiness and procurement coordination for approved innovation projects and trials
