Brief: Planning and execution of experiments, followed by rigorous data analysis to draw sound scientific conclusions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding and practical application of food science, food technology, food chemistry, food engineering, and microbiology across lab, pilot, and factory settings. Key responsibilities include new product development and the renovation of existing products, with a focus on superiority, health benefits, environmental sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. The specialist will be responsible for creating innovative formulation prototypes in the lab, scaling them up in the pilot plant, and deploying them in the main plant for all innovation and improvement projects, adhering to cost, regulatory frameworks. The role also includes managing scale-up trials in the pilot and main plants, risk management, and claims support, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Furthermore, the specialist will conduct shelf-life stability studies to determine the shelf-life of intermediate and finished products.
