Job Title: Product Specialist (Temporary) Location: India Duration: The Product Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the successful launch and expansion of the Qualigens portfolio across key markets. This temporary role will provide operational and coordination support across commercial, marketing, and supply chain functions, ensuring timely channel onboarding, efficient order processing, and alignment of commercial activities. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Channel Setup & Coordination o Initiate and support channel setup as well as onboarding activities and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for distributors during setup. o Support Phase 2 ICP channel activation, addressing current resource constraints and ensuring timely progress. o Conduct regular forecast reviews with key channel and commercial stakeholders to drive forecast adherence and revenue expansion. o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant channel onboarding processes. * Marketing & Commercial Support o Coordinate marketing props, promotional materials, and collateral for events and channel managers. o Ensure availability and timely delivery of materials aligned with campaign timelines and regional needs. * SKU & Product Setup o Support SKU creation and Bill of Materials (BOM) setup for expansion SKUs based on channel requirements. o Work closely with internal stakeholders, ensure data accuracy and timely system updates to enable commercial readiness. * Quotation Management & Order Processing Coordination o Prepare and provide formal quotations to channel partners in response to requests. o Ensure alignment with pricing guidelines and internal approval processes. o Coordinate order processing activities across Customer Services, Sales Operations, and Export teams. o Track and resolve order-related issues to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred * 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or channel coordination * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment * Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an advantage Preferred Competencies * High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams * Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment * Customer-focused approach with a sense of urgency
